5. Supervision and Responsibility (Children & Youth)

Warm Hands staff and volunteers will provide reasonable supervision during program hours
Parents/guardians must ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of children
Warm Hands is not responsible for children outside of scheduled program times

6. Health and Safety

Participants (including children) should not attend programs if they are unwell
Warm Hands reserves the right to refuse participation if health or safety concerns arise
In case of emergency, we may contact emergency services and the listed emergency contact

7. Payments and Donations

Program fees (if applicable) will be clearly stated
Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable
Warm Hands is not responsible for payment errors made by users

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations may require advance notice
Refunds (if applicable) will follow our policy
Programs may be cancelled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances

9. Media Consent (Photos & Videos)

By participating in our programs, you agree that:

Photos or videos may be taken for promotional or educational purposes

For children:

Media will only be used with parent/guardian consent
You may opt out at any time by notifying us in writing

10. Code of Conduct

All participants (including children, parents, and caregivers) are expected to:

Follow staff instructions

Warm Hands reserves the right to remove participants who do not follow these expectations.
