We’re so glad to have hosted a workshop yesterday at the Alice Frith Centre – Renfrew Collingwood Senior Society!
It was a wonderful afternoon spent with the seniors, sharing laughter, conversations, and creativity. Everyone enjoyed making their own massage sticks, and it was heartwarming to see so much engagement and joy throughout the session.
